I got the 2+64 when I paid for the 4+64. Unit is pretty slow and dim witted. Eq and other settings don’t save so I have to reset them everytime I start the car. Android is a joke on this unit, nothing is updatable on mine. Sound quality is OK, my stock radio sounded better. Pay more and buy from a real brand.

I’ve had this unit for several months and had multiple issues, I have got no responses from email and decided to give everyone a heads up. First of all it advertises 8 core and android 13. After installing HW info app it’s only 4 core and android 12! So basically false advertising. I’ve also had issues with the GPS always in light mode even when set to dark mode, and android auto disconnects after 5 min and have to disconnect and reconnect Everytime. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I don’t normally do reviews but I will for this. The installation into a 2011 Subaru Forester was fairly simple. (I have done many installations over the years.). The provided cables fit the vehicle perfectly. (Except for the vehicle radio antenna connector. But the separate radio antenna provided works well.) The stearing wheel controls are working now also.
After installation, set up was simple after some poking around. So many features on this I have not even begun to toy with.
The display quality is excellent. The backup camera has a very clear picture. Bluetooth connectivity, WiFi connectivity, Apple Car play. All work well and opens so many possibilities for this unit.
Overall, so far, I am very pleased with this product. Great Value for your money.

The music portion of the unit works the best. Carplay is so so, maps lag and lock up. The included gps doesn’t work (antenna is hooked up and clear LoS), the wired microphone included doesn’t work either, for some reason it defaults to the internal mic on the unit itself which is hard to hear with the road noise. Overall 3/5. I will mainly use it for music so I can learn to live without phone calls and gps

Very easy plug and play. It gets complicated if you want to use the backup camera. The camera is not worth it and not necessary to install, I did and it took me a long time. If I didn’t add the camera I would’ve had the entire system installed in 20 minutes or less.
Even if you do not choose this radio make sure you get a system with more than 2GB of RAM or else it’ll be slow and laggy. This radio is great with 4GB.
Has many options and very user friendly. Overall I recommend this radio over other ones. They are very similar, but I am happy I chose this one.
