Sound quality is incredibly poor and muffled It sounds like you’re listening underwater or like your ears are plugged. Installed in my jeep jk and taking into account it’s a tin can on wheels the stock unit projects better than this unit. No matter what sound setting you put it on it makes no difference. I guess the only good thing was that it was easy to install. Unfortunately will be returning.

It’s not a bad radio. It was easy to install and it works well for what it is. Sometimes when talking on the phone, it’s hard to understand the other person or the sound goes out. But my biggest problem is with the USB-C in front. It does not work.

Pros: Easy “direct fit” install. Start to finish in under 15 minutes. Bluetooth calls are clear but time will tell if built-in mic holds up. Easy to use menu and “home” screen.
Cons: No external mic for calls. No external camera for reverse. Screen is on a very slight tilt back. It would be better with a slight tilt forward. Early morning and early evening sun glare is an issue but rest of day & night is good.
Overall – decent choice for a sub $200 deck.

Got my first unit installed and I start to have connectivity issues with bluetooth and it didn’t want to reconnect until I shut off vehicle, so I return item I was positive that my replacement will work great , guess what ( I was wrong) this was worst none of the knobs work or buttons on unit , and I call Dashcamera.us.com support ( great customer service by the way ), he told me that I can message seller and in two business days I hear from them… I requested a return label , let this people deal with their issues
