   Very easy to install. Husband was away so I installed it for him. I’ve never worked with cars or stereos but it was all plug and play for the most part. Paired it with an Androidauto dongle and a Motorola m1 to have it wireless. It looks great and works exactly like the factory AndroidAuto stereo in our Tacoma.

   I will say this is the second Kunfine head unit I have purchased. The first one I bought knowing it was bottom line on memory and speed so I could try it out for a couple of years and let them improve their technology. I got the octocore with all the memory I needed and installed. It took about about an hour and a half to get the old out and the a/c transferred and hook up everything. I turned it on befor securing everything but didn’t have any issues and buttoned it up. I chose the 13” despite how it sticks out a little. It covers the 2 middle a/c vents some also. I am becoming vision impaired as I age and needed a little boost in size so I wouldn’t have to wear my glasses. The 13” is not for someone that doesn’t need the extra size so don’t order it and don’t complain! It was perfect for me! If the designers could work on some minimal articulation it would be even better! Every time I had an issue on the first unit they always helped promptly and still do. They are selling a great product for the money! Hats off to all of them! I’m sure they work long hours! Everything works flawlessly and no lag in the GPS and my favorite is to be able to download off road maps to it and still use them! Very much a plus!

   I’ve attached the pic from the manufacturer website to help Dashcamera.us.com out. The smaller the (RAM+ROM) the slower the unit. I bought a 1G+16G and it was SUPER SLOW, it had Bluetooth, no AM RADIO OPTION, AND THE STEERING WHEEL CONTROL OPTIONS DON’T WORK (you have to buy the CANBUS BOX) and
   to use the mirrorlink you have to download an app and pay for it and it’s not cheap.
   Now, I also bought the 4G+64G and it’s a whole different world, the system is SUPER QUICK, MY HOTSPOT FROM MY PHONE WORKS BETTER, THE RADIO HAS AM, FM AND PICKS UP STATION BETTER, MORE AUDIO OPTION. THE MIRRORLINK IS STILL THAT CRAPPY APP YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR AND THE STEERING WHEEL CONTROL OPTIONS DON’T WORK.

   It just made sense to me to upgrade to a better unit whit more RAM+ROM because of the Android and Apple Auto play you don’t need the app at all.

   This unit did not work for long before I started having issues. Currently I cannot access any of the settings, bluetooth and wifi restarts repeatedly, and most apps wont load and throw errors. I have tried a hard reset which did not resolve the issues. I cannot access the android recovery menu. Tried to contact Kunfine but no response. Do yourself a favour and buy a better unit from another vendor.

   Very handy with CarPlay/ apple play. Plug and play connectors vehicle specific. Great audio and sound quality. I will hand we’ll after market speakers but not enough to push rear rear woofer on FJs. I would buy it again.

   the radio bracket is broken. need some grinding to fit the ac switch. also, the original subwoofer in the back is not working

   Received in good condition. Packaged well. Upon install, noticed all the app crashes. Also when trying to configure wifi and Google play….noticed the bottom part of the screen, maybe 6-7 mm of the bottom of the screen is non responsive. So you cannot press the space bar or other characters that are along the bottom row of the keyboard when trying to type. Any other app that has items along the bottom part of the screen u will not be able to use. Have a replacement coming, and hope this one is good. Will change the review if the replacement unit is better.

   sad…i cant access the units features without the instructions, and access code for facvtory settings ive reset it, and tried all the usual codes 0000 1234 123456 etc nothing works

   radio reception is awful, and it takes several menu/steps top access the volume….basically i spent $500 for a plastic bezel that barely functions and of course there’s no customer service
