Purchased an Orbit 956 by, myGEKOgear, and the advertisement stated that an ODB was included in the box, which is why I purchased this item. Of course, I DID NOT include an ODB cable. I contacted Adesso, the manufacture, and they said that the Orbit 956 does not include the cable. They refused to send me anODB cable to make it right. I told them the seller falsely advertised the product and they didn’t care. Very poor customer service ! They should make it right and also make the seller change their ad. It’s unfortunate that customer service has gone to the birds’.

Bought this from BH Photo Video a year ago and the unit has never functioned properly. I have had a dozen interactions with Addesso tech support, and none of their solutions are working. I can get the unit to record about 80% of the time, but 20% of the files are unplayable on any video software. Buttons are very tiny and confusing, not labled. Mini-card is virtually impossible to remove unless you have long fingernails. Image resolution is fair-to-good only.
