I bought this product, but the anticipation that it was plugging and playing. I installed the radio plug and play. Everything slid in great. The plastic trim does not fit perfect but I can make deal with it. The wiring harness, even though it clipped in properly, it was not the right wiring harness for my car as it did not work without modifications. I messaged the seller and asked how to make it work and they wanted me to cut wires. I got so frustrated with trying to figure this plug and play radio out that I got rid of it in the trash.

I installed on 2011 Subaru Outback and am very happy. Paired to both Android auto and Apple Carplay.. seems to work well (but only have had a few days so far) A few notes:
-For install, I had to shave a few of the tabs on the new trim to get the air registers to fit with a Dremel tool. The trim isn’t quite as tight as the factory original but still looks really nice.
-When I first wired it up, it would work fine in accessory and on, but would shut off when engine turned on. Could not figure that out, thought maybe a voltage problem. I sent a note to the seller and they quickly replied solution- cut one of the key wires. They sent a few pictures too to help. I did that and problem was fixed.
-I had to modify the plug to fit the antenna wire.
Overall very happy with the product for the price and the responsiveness of the seller.
These stereo installs can be a bit tricky so helps to know what you are doing (which I really don’t) but we got it to work and it looks nice!
