   I have not had an instance to use or need the camera. However, I will say installation was easy. I would prefer to have the screen brighter, it cannot be seen except at night.

   Easy install and works great. If you have a VPN on your cell make sure to turn OFF or you’ll have connection issues and video download issues with the dash camera. Probably same issues with all others. Pioneer is a great brand. App is easy to use!

   this has to be wired directly into the auto’s firebox. no adapters, etc.

   i understand that is for the parked monitoring, but i don’t care about that functionality and don’t want to wired this to my fuse box

   It was easy to install and worked very well! The only thing that I didn’t like was once it was mounted on the windshield, the monitor was a little difficult to see and use. I would definitely buy another one though.
