My old original radio wasn’t working well music would cut off couldn’t play any music and then I saw this screen radio I asked an expert if he recommended to buy this and he said it looked good I didn’t install it because I didn’t know how to do I took it to an expert he fixed the radio and I love the screen it make the car look more new I did not install the back up camera I didn’t feel like paying extra for the dude to install it but over all great radio

Unfortunately the unit I received was defective. The issue was an internal fault that would cause my fuses to blow when the dimmer engaged. Patched the problem by cutting the dimmer wire but even with the manual brightness set to minimum, it was completely blinding at night. Would have been great for the price if it wasn’t for that fault.
Support walked me through troubleshooting. Had an issue with support but that was due to them genuinely not receiving my email which was out of their control. Once that was cleared up, we were able to come to a resolution.
