Some of the information between the descriptions was inconsistent. Some points stated the radio was compatible with a 2012 Honda Accord radio, some stated the cutoff was 2011. Regardless, once my technician and I were close to finishing the wiring process, we found that our audio cable with the RCA attachment did not fit my 2012 Accord radio—like it was stated multiple times. Now we’re inconvenienced with having to contact the seller/hunting down the particular aftermarket attachment I need for my particular radio.

Installation was actually very nice and I think the unit looks good, from the very beginning it is super inconsistent with connecting to any phone (tried a bunch of different family/friends phones). It was slightly more consistent with USB but overall would spend 15 minutes before driving somewhere trying to connect my phone before giving up and then 5 minutes into the ride it just randomly connects up. Today it just stopped connecting all together, can’t get it to do either Bluetooth or USB.
If you just want the nice look I guess maybe it’s worth it? I’m sure there’s an option that is slightly more money but actually works.

I purchased an android digital radio for my wife’s 2010 Honda accord from this company for the sole purpose of being able to listen to some music while traveling and using the navigation. Big mistake. Audio doesn’t work because there is no workable wire(s) for this plug and play system that would allow me to complete the installation.
I contacted customer support…. using email. After months of back and forth they said they couldn’t help me. At that point I could not return the system. I’m now stuck with a system I can’t find the proper wire harness that would allow me to have audio.
The point of this review is to warn anyone that is thinking of buying one of these…. Do Not! Their customer service is terrible, and you are likely to end up without any resolution to your problem. IF you insists on getting one, please crest and install immediately. If it doesn’t work return immediately!!! Don’t even bother to try getting customer service. They will waste your time asking you to take the same pictures over and over until you run out of time to return the product.

After connecting 2 phones is where this unit started showing issues. We couldn’t connect anymore and even resetting it to factory doesn’t work.
The phone call feature is even worse. The other person in the line can hear their own voice, pretty much an echo after they talk. I tested on different phones and same results. I called “tech support” which didn’t help much either because they have scripted troubleshooting. Don’t get this one along with others that look the same on Dashcamera.us.com. Same unit different seller. Cheap China products!
