I purchased the REDTIGER F7N dash cam on December 14th 2024 from Dashcamera.us.com, and it arrived within a few days in excellent packaging. The front camera fit perfectly on my VW T-ROC, and installation was straightforward.
However, I encountered some issues with the rear camera. It didn’t seem suitable for the inside back window, as it’s designed to be mounted above the number plate for optimal performance. After reaching out to REDTIGER’s support team via email, they confirmed this and were incredibly helpful. They offered to send me the correct rear camera free of charge, including free shipping.
Their prompt and considerate customer service turned a potential problem into a seamless resolution. I’m now another happy customer, and I highly recommend the F7N for its quality and the excellent support from REDTIGER!

I purchased this in Aug 2021 and it has been an amazing dash cam. Great quality image, easy to use and the options are great. This review isn’t to say not to buy. Just giving people an update after 4 years of everyday use that the camera no longer works. It still records but it’s black. The LCD screen still works. I’m sad to see it broken but it has worked flawlessly for 4 years.

I am totally clumsy when it comes to DIY, but with the help of some YouTube videos and the included ‘Pry tool’ I was able to install this in my car and route all the wiring through the cars panelling. Looks great and only a small bit of wire in sight.
Image quality is great and I now have a front and rear dashcam camera. Ideal for Dubai traffic.

after looking for dash cameras on this price range I found the REDTIGER f7N and I have been very happy. instalation was easy, the camera came with all that you need to get it going (except the Memory card), clear instructions and a QR codes that you could use for how-to videos. it comes with front cam, back cam and after I bought it I was contacted by the customer service team to receive (free of charge) the dedicated HW kit needed for 24h Parking Monitor and Time-lapse functions. the Front camera has a wide angle and the screen is nice and clear. no complicated menus on the screen, easy to set and forget. the back camera you can instal inside the car or if you have extra time you can instal it outside the car for better image quality. I recommend this camera and give kudos to the costumer service team which proactively contact me with extra options
