After a few back and forth with the seller, they did everything they could to try and fix a faulty screen. In the end they agreed to send in a new one and get it replaced. It was unfortunate that it was faulty because I was really enjoying its features. Has a nice bright and colorful screen, maybe too bright sometimes but can be dimmed down.

This screen kicks a**! It’s a complete upgrade from that small 5-6 inch screen that comes stock in the 2018 civic sport hatchback. The only issue I had was getting my backup camera to work, but support was extremely helpful and they provided me with the factory code to update the settings to get my camera to work. I would buy this screen again if I needed to!! Comes with android auto and apple CarPlay. You can even connect it to WiFi and watch Netflix!!!

I’ve been wanting to upgrade the stock radio for a while now. I have a 2017 Honda Civic Hatchback Sport and it came with the ugly little box screen. I absolutely love my car but I don’t like some of the features the package comes with. I found this radio for a decent price and it’s plug and play so nothing too complicating where I would need a mechanic or something so I went with this radio. I can honestly say it’s worth the upgrade. Be sure to order the harness and canbus if you have the big screen radio like I did. Based off everyone else’s review’s and the sellers comments in the description I was able to find it without asking the seller that way I didn’t need to wait extra time. You do need to contact the seller to set the reverse camera and the steering wheel controls but he/she responded back to me within 12 hours. Be sure to request instructions before installing the radio bc I did cause a short circuit and had to replace a fuse in my car. I’m very happy with the radio. The screen is very large and I can use Apple
Car Play which was the only thing I desired most for my car. I do wish the camera quality was a tad bit better and that the microphone wasn’t so far away but you can attach the additional mic and just put in closer to the steering wheel. But other than that I’m very satisfied. The seller was very helpful in the set up process. 100% recommend if you want to upgrade your radio.

The price is excellent for the functionality and integration with the vehicle’s original functions. I have a Honda Civic Sport 2018 and the steering wheel controls have been integrated with the new radio as easily as clicking and pressing the button from the steering wheel, with no additional software or hardware required. Visually, it appears to be the factory version, the radio works perfectly, and what I liked the most was the Bluetooth integration with CarPlay; I’m not a fan of cords, and this radio works perfectly for me. Many people have said that it improves the sound of the speakers, and it is true that it sounds lot better than the OEM radio version. Only keep in mind that if you have an original radio with a large screen, you will need additional cable and bus connections.
