This was very easy to install and set up. The hardest part was running the cable but the instructions were great. Love the picture quality and the ability to pull off the windshield with the magnet to record the scene if needed.

This camera acts up quite a bit. It frequently won’t connect to your phone, it will just incessantly beep at you without an option to delete files or format the card. Not sure why it has problems when the firmware is up to date? The manufacturer doesn’t really help either. Unfortunately this was a really horrible purchase because when you need it to work, it simply won’t.

Overall great camera system; especially when the rear camera is incorporated into it as well. Picture quality in the day and night is very good.
The only issue I encountered was that the camera stopped working because the magnetic charging mount melted and the camera couldn’t line up with the charging prongs and thus wouldn’t power on anymore. The Sylvania customer service rep was quick to help me resolve this and sent me a new camera kit to replace the damaged one I returned to them.

If you like to enjoy your long drive to work with a constant beeping every 3 seconds then this camera is for you. You think why not just delete the full card but great news, connecting it to your phone is basically impossible. F this camera!! I also got pulled over and was going to use the photoage to fight the ticket but even better news, it never recorded that moment. So if you want to be annoyed and not have important videos when you need them then get this camera.

This product wasnt bad. The video recording quality was amazing. However i returned it due to its interface. I didn’t like that it connected via a wifi connection rather than bluetooth. I also didnt like that i couldnt download videos directly to my phone.

Sd card requires nonstandard format style. Hard to get the unit to initialize. Unit gets extremely hot during regular use. Get a different brand and save your sanity.

I purchased this for my 2020 GMC 1500 and couldn’t be more pleased. Installation was very easy and the app is easy to navigate. The best part of this product is the size compared to others on the market. You can barely see it underneath my rear view mirror. I added the Roadsight rear dash camera as well and it was very simple to run along the headliner out of sight. The picture quality is excellent and the feel of the camera, the way it is packed and all components are very high quality. So far I am very pleased and am going to buy another one for my wife’s car.
