I think this is a good camera and the first I have seen that can view 360 degrees like it can. But it did not work so well for me and my application.
I wanted to use this in my truck. But about the same time I ordered this, I also purchased a “topper/shell” for the truck. That topper restricts the view from all but the front and side windows. So yes, it works, but all that hi-tech is wasted in my application. I could have used a more standard camera with the same results.
This is nice and if you can see easily out 360 deg from your vehicle, then you are more likely to benefit from this than I am. I can not fault the camera for this…it does not have x-ray vision. It can not see through a window that is blocked. Consider this as you look at this camera. It is pretty awesome if you can use its full capabilities.

While this camera is bulkier than I expected, it does provide a wide view depending on the configuration you select. It mostly works as expected, and paired easily to the app. I was disappointed that by live stream, meant that you can stream to YouTube, not view while parked like other name brands do when connected via WiFi hotspot. I don’t particularly have a use for that feature, though I imagine there are others that do. Overall, while it’s not for me, it seems to work well enough.

Love this for the truck. Got this and installed it since I don’t trust other people when driving. I wanted something that would take video front and back so I could have a “witness” to anything it might catch on camera. The dashcam hooks up very easily to the windshield and gives you full view out the front window, and a secondary camera gives you a full view of inside the truck. You can change between different views such as wide angle, and my personal favorite, the VR 360 degrees. You can set this to have an automatic loop that will record over itself instead of wasting memory space, but it also has a built-in G-sensor that will recognize if you got into a crash and will save a clip of the recording into a different folder so it doesn’t get deleted by the auto-loop process. The app you download on your phone gives you access to all of the options you could possible need, and the camera itself has options as well in case you don’t have immediate access to your phone for the app. Video quality is great with 1080P recording. This is perfect for what I was looking for.
