Not a bad stereo if you’re looking to just upgrade what you have, however, if you’re going to install a subwoofer with two outputs, forget it, it only has one and if you install it to the amp outputs it will rob sound from your regular speakers. Don’t get me wrong it has all kinds of bells and whistles navigation GPS Bluetooth backup camera and so on but it’s all just show and tell it really does not have output for your standard speakers. I even replaced my speakers thinking that was the issue but all along it was the powerhead. Does it work, yes, is it functional for certain additional accessories, not really. Had it in my truck for 3 months, ended up changing it. You get what you pay for however there are better inexpensive brands out there for an equivalent price. It looks cool and it works but as far as sound quality it’s not there. In my opinion, stereos are made for sound not show and tell, if it doesn’t produce what it needs to then it’s just a view screen with a bunch of goodies on it.

My installation was a breeze, lol. I had an old JVC unit with Bluetooth and this one And the JVC had the same harness. Only thing I did was run the wire for the camera, and rewire the microphone. It’s a cool upgrade to run Car Play or Android Auto in an older car. They both run reliably and wireless. The sound is loud and clear. I like radios with rotary knobs for volume, but in this case I understand the screen would’ve been smaller which isn’t helpful. A control would’ve been a nice feature, but if you have steering wheel controls I believe you can hook those up.

If I could give product 0 zeros, I would! We bought this because I wanted to upgrade the stereo in my car. We tried for over 2 hours and it did not work at all. It would turn on for a 1 minute or 2 then just turn off by itself. Don’t bother spending your money on this.

The whole reason I got this stereo was for apple carplay. The apple carplay does not work with my iPhone charger connected either I tap on the car link icon like it says in the instructions and it does nothing (Do not buy for apple carplay).
