   We really liked everything else about this player. The screen resolution is awesome, the size it great, easy to install, and slim design. However, the RESUME function is broken. We purchased and installed 2 different units trying to get it to work and it wouldn’t. Every time we got back into the car, the player would reset to the same movie. So we would have to skip to whatever movie they were watching and fast forward – all from the front seat. It is unusable. Disappointed because everything else about it was awesome.

   had professionally installed at audio shop for $250… looks great and has been fully functional without any issues for about a month. Reads micro SD cards I load with movies, also purchased a cheap radio to sit in the back seat so the kids don’t need the car radio to the selves. Went with the 15 in and it is highly visible from 2nd and 3rd row of the 2019 suburban. Would definitely recommend buying. Picture quality is great along with mounting. Have read that the latch can break so I leave it down alot of the time.

   Ok. This is actually a decent monitor. The video quality is pretty good. But there are some pros and cons. To the other user that reported that the unit would not read his usb, I had the same problem, the solutions was to reformat the usb to fat32.

   Pros: Videos quality is really good.

   Plays all the video formats I threw at it (avi, mov, mp4)

   Con: the main hidden video input that’s on the back of the unit is not hd it’s composite.

   No wired audio output. Only fm/ir transmitter.

   This is week 2 of using it. Will update if anything changes.

   I replaced the aftermarket DVD player in our van with this. Initially I didn’t realize this was only a display and didn’t include a player. After installing it I’m actually glad. It’s so much more slim and sleek looking since it doesn’t have all the internal parts for the player. The soft touch buttons are a real cool feature too. The only reasons for four stars instead of five are, first, the fact that it was a pretty complicated install. If my van hadn’t already had a player installed I’m not sure I could have done it. Second, the unit does feel a little flimsy. So far it’s worked great and we’ve had absolutely zero issues. However, when you press the button to release the screen it sounds like plastic cracking. So far it hasn’t done any damage, but it just feels like that will be the first part to break. Otherwise, it’s a great price for a great package!
